Returns

Loui Petite is devoted to customer happiness. We offer a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to email your receipt as proof of purchase.

When will my items be shipped?

If they are ordered before 10am (AEST) they will be shipped on the same day.
Monogrammed items will add 3 business days onto shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
